Particular attention should be paid to psoriatic arthritis (PsA), chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), obesity, and cardiometabolic diseases. These specific clinical situations pose a therapeutic challenge and require an individualized and interdisciplinary treatment strategy.
