The recently published 2026 Focused Update on echocardiography in CTRCD summarizes the current evidence: Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and<em> global longitudinal strain<\/em> (GLS) remain the core parameters, supplemented by standardized protocols before, during, and after therapy.
