The 2024 EULAR recommendations on the use of antirheumatic medications during reproduction, pregnancy, and breastfeeding replace the previous recommendations from 2016. During this period, studies on the safety of biologics in particular during pregnancy and breastfeeding were published. The new EULAR recommendations are based on a systematic literature review and meta-analysis in which the endpoints were expanded to include preterm births, stillbirths, low birth weight below the 10th percentile, and severe neonatal infections. In addition, the recommendations have been expanded to include the topics of male and female fertility. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n
