Especialmente las quejas y s\u00edntomas inespec\u00edficos son un reto diario en la consulta del m\u00e9dico de cabecera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>En el primer art\u00edculo, la PD Dra. med. Miriam Thumshirn del Clara-Spital Basel presenta el tema &#8220;S\u00edndrome del intestino irritable&#8221;. En la pr\u00e1ctica general, alrededor del 10-20% de los pacientes se quejan de molestias gastrointestinales inespec\u00edficas, que deben tomarse en serio y remitirse a diagn\u00f3sticos adicionales individuales y orientados al problema. El art\u00edculo se centra en los diferentes enfoques terap\u00e9uticos. \u00bfConoce y utiliza las sustancias m\u00e1s recientes como <sup>Resolor\u00ae<\/sup> y <sup>Amitiza\u00ae<\/sup> para el tratamiento del s\u00edndrome del intestino irritable de tipo estre\u00f1imiento?<\/p>\n<p>El segundo art\u00edculo de este n\u00famero aborda un cuadro cl\u00ednico que a menudo se presenta de forma muy inespec\u00edfica en la consulta del m\u00e9dico de familia. Es importante considerar la hepatitis autoinmune como diagn\u00f3stico diferencial en pacientes con artralgias inespec\u00edficas, malestar general, polimialgias y elevaci\u00f3n de las enzimas hep\u00e1ticas. \u00bfAtiende en su consulta a pacientes con hepatitis autoinmune? \u00bfQu\u00e9 criterios se necesitan para el diagn\u00f3stico? \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo hay que tratar la hepatitis autoinmune? \u00bfQu\u00e9 seguimiento necesita un paciente as\u00ed? \u00bfTiene curiosidad por saber m\u00e1s sobre esta enfermedad? Yo mismo, junto con el PD Dr. med.
