UU., se estima que superan la mitad. Ante esta omnipresencia y el creciente n\u00famero de estudios observacionales que relacionan el consumo elevado de UPF con enfermedades cardiometab\u00f3licas, la <em>Asociaci\u00f3n Americana del Coraz\u00f3n<\/em> (AHA) ha adoptado por primera vez una postura exhaustiva en 2025 mediante un informe cient\u00edfico (Science Advisory). Cabe destacar el tono del documento: la AHA clasifica cuidadosamente la evidencia, advierte contra una interpretaci\u00f3n excesiva y renuncia deliberadamente a formular recomendaciones generales.
