Maintenant, la th\u00e9rapie interventionnelle avec les DCB In.Pact Admiral et Pacific de Medtronic a \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9e au DCB Ranger de Boston Scientific. Les premiers fonctionnent avec une dose \u00e9lev\u00e9e de paclitaxel (3,5&nbsp;\u00b5g\/mm\u00b2), tandis que les seconds constituent un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 faible dose, \u00e0 savoir 2,0&nbsp;\u00b5g\/mm2. L&#8217;\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur 414 patients atteints d&#8217;AOP&nbsp;, stratifi\u00e9s selon la longueur des l\u00e9sions. L&#8217;\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur la non-inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me DCB \u00e0 plus faible dose, les crit\u00e8res d&#8217;\u00e9valuation primaires \u00e9tant la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et l&#8217;absence d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements ind\u00e9sirables graves. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements ind\u00e9sirables \u00e9taient des d\u00e9c\u00e8s li\u00e9s \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure dans le mois qui suit, des amputations majeures et des revascularisations jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 12&nbsp;mois. La mortalit\u00e9 totale \u00e9tait un crit\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9valuation secondaire.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s deux ans, le Ranger DCB, avec une densit\u00e9 de dose de paclitaxel consid\u00e9rablement plus faible, a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter un taux de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 primaire similaire \u00e0 celui du IN.PACT DCB avec une dose de placlitaxel plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les taux d&#8217;ouverture \u00e9taient de 71,4% pour les DCB \u00e0 haute dose et de 70,6% pour les DCB \u00e0 faible dose. La mortalit\u00e9 globale \u00e0 deux ans \u00e9tait globalement faible (2,2% vs 3,6%) et le taux de revascularisation de la l\u00e9sion cible est \u00e9galement rest\u00e9 faible (17,8% pour le Ranger DCB vs 13% pour l&#8217;IN.PACT DCB).
