Les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9sistance, comme la surexpression de PD-L1 ou de mol\u00e9cules immunosuppressives comme la galectine-9, limitent leur efficacit\u00e9. Une nouvelle approche vise \u00e0 cibler l&#8217;\u00e9dition g\u00e9n\u00e9tique intratumorale \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de nanoparticules qui introduisent des composants CRISPR-Cas directement dans les cellules tumorales et y d\u00e9sactivent les g\u00e8nes r\u00e9gulateurs.
