Face \u00e0 cette omnipr\u00e9sence et au nombre croissant d\u2019\u00e9tudes observationnelles associant une forte consommation d\u2019UPF \u00e0 des maladies cardiom\u00e9taboliques, <em>l\u2019American Heart Association<\/em> (AHA) a, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, pris clairement position en 2025 par le biais d\u2019un avis scientifique (Science Advisory). Le ton adopt\u00e9 est remarquable : l\u2019AHA classe soigneusement les donn\u00e9es probantes, met en garde contre toute interpr\u00e9tation excessive et s\u2019abstient d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment de formuler des recommandations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.
