Uma nova abordagem visa a edi\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica intratumoral orientada, utilizando nanopart\u00edculas que introduzem os componentes CRISPR-Cas diretamente nas c\u00e9lulas tumorais e a\u00ed desligam os genes reguladores.
