Primary cutaneous lymphomas belong to the group of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. The most common form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma is mycosis fungoides. Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides is a subtype that affects the hair follicles and rarely occurs in pediatric patients. In this case study, the patient was a boy in whom this skin lymphoma manifested in parallel with atopic dermatitis.
