New care models are innovative forms of cooperation and service provision in outpatient primary medical care that offer higher quality and are more efficient at the same time. In Baden-Württemberg, the “HÄPPI” project is currently testing a future-oriented care offer that provides for greater involvement of the entire practice team by delegating more responsibility to non-physician professional groups.
