The Swiss Vaccination Plan 2025 recommends passive immunization of infants with a monoclonal antibody or vaccination of pregnant women with a recombinant vaccine against RSV. RSV vaccination should also be considered for over 75-year-olds and risk groups aged 60 and over; three vaccines are currently available for this purpose. A booster vaccination against Covid-19 is recommended again this year for people at increased risk. The recommendations for influenza vaccination are also largely unchanged, although the use of the high-dose vaccine should be considered for senior citizens.
