A task force of the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) has compiled the current evidence on dietary interventions in pediatric AD patients who do not have food allergies. The systematic review with meta-analysis included randomized controlled trials in which supplementation with probiotics/prebiotics, vitamin D and evening primrose oil and the avoidance of cow’s milk products were examined. The results were published in the journal Allergy in 2024.
