Oncology is constantly changing, with additional diagnostic procedures, new surgical methods and innovative therapeutic concepts being developed. For this reason, the treatment guidelines are also continuously revised. This also applies to urothelial carcinoma, for which the ESMO guidelines were updated September 2021. Therefore, this module of Swiss Oncology in Motion is dedicated to urothelial carcinoma. It includes from Prof. em. Dr. med. Richard Herrmann moderated presentations by Dr. med. Daniel Seiler (Urology Rotes Schloss, Zurich), PD Dr. med. Aurelius Omlin (Onkozentrum Zurich) and Prof. Dr. med. Richard Cathomas (Chur). You can get an overview of the most important information about urothelial carcinoma and the available treatment options and corresponding study data.
