Rgs14 is a protein that acts as a regulator of G-protein signaling pathways by accelerating the GTPase activity of G-protein alpha subunits and thereby converting them to their inactive GDP-bound form. The impact of Rgs14 expression on inflammatory bowel disease was investigated in a mouse model.
