Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL) is rare and has developed into a distinct entity over the last three decades. Traditionally characterized by skin lesions, in this case it presents as an anomaly in which the lymphoma manifested exclusively in the peritoneum, without any recognizable skin findings. In such cases, diagnosis is often difficult.
