Abdominal pain – Prostate lipoma

Lipomas are benign masses that develop from mature adipocytes. In most cases, they are localized subcutaneously. In the soft tissues, the shoulder girdle and back are preferred, but they can also occur throughout the body [1,3]. A lipoma in the prostate is usually an incidental finding.
