Dyspnea – pulmonary hamartomas

Benign tumors of the lung can be epithelial, mesenchymal or embryonal in nature. Hamartomas are among the most common benign lung tumors. As they are usually asymptomatic, they are mostly incidental findings. Computed tomography is particularly suitable for further imaging clarification.
