Efficacy of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiotherapy - Medizinonline

According to the final analysis of KEYNOTE-799 [1], pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiotherapy (cCRT) showed sustained efficacy in patients with unresectable, locally advanced stage III NSCLC after five years of follow-up. Further evaluation of the treatment regimen is underway.
