Highly selective oral TYK inhibitors in Phase III

Envudeucitinib and Zasocitinib are oral, allosteric tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitors currently being evaluated in clinical trials for plaque psoriasis. The interim results presented during the Late-Breaking Research sessions at this year’s annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) are drawing attention. Also worth noting is the favorable safety profile, which, combined with the oral dosage form, is a major advantage in terms of convenience.
