Eosinophilic vasculitis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare inflammation of small blood vessels that is usually associated with asthma. Eye involvement occurs sporadically and central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) is an extremely rare but serious complication. During treatment with benralizumab, an EGPA with bilateral CRAO occurred.
