Bronchobiliary fistula is a rare condition that can be misdiagnosed as pneumonia due to overlapping symptoms. A comprehensive differential diagnosis is therefore crucial. US physicians present a case highlighting the challenge of differentiating bronchobiliary fistulas from pneumonia in patients with hepatobiliary problems.
