Severe eosinophilic asthma (SEA) and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) are overlapping clinical entities united by a common pathophysiological basis of type 2 inflammation. The frequent co-occurrence of these diseases poses complex diagnostic and therapeutic challenges that often require multidisciplinary coordination.
