Fatigue is one of the most common and debilitating symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS); it affects up to 75% of MS patients and contributes to a poorer quality of life, limited social participation, and impaired occupational functioning. In relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS), fatigue is a major factor in patients’ burden and reduced health-related quality of life (HRQoL).
