At ASCO 2026, various therapeutic approaches for high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) were presented. These included current data on genome-wide HRD characterization in the context of PARP maintenance therapy and findings on neoadjuvant treatment with the FRα-targeted antibody-drug conjugate mirvetuximab soravtansine plus carboplatin. Immunological approaches such as checkpoint inhibition, vaccination strategies, and adoptive cell therapies are also being discussed.
