New data on the use of pirtobrutinib in treatment-naive patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia were presented at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting. The results from the Phase 3 studies BRUIN CLL-313 and BRUIN CLL-314 provide current insights into the efficacy and safety of non-covalent BTK inhibition as a first-line treatment.
