So far, 60 patients1 with lichen sclerosus were included in the registry launched in Germany. The mean age of the included patients is 54 years 2. An interim assessment shows that there is an unmet need for care. Due to the fact that the diagnosis latency is sometimes considerable, the use of adequate therapy is often delayed, which is reflected in a corresponding symptom burden.
