A technique to improve the precision of prostate cancer surgery results in almost twice as many men retaining their erectile function compared to men who undergo standard surgery. The results of the NeuroSAFE PROOF study give hope for a significant improvement in the quality of life of men who have to undergo prostate cancer surgery.
