The Swiss National Vaccination Study (SNVCS) is a nationwide cross-sectional study that evaluates the vaccination rate of children and adolescents aged 2, 8 and 16 years. In a combined cross-sectional analysis and case-control study, data on TBE cases, the TBE vaccination rate and vaccination efficacy in this population were evaluated. In total, the survey periods considered included SNVCS data from over 100,000 children and adolescents.
