Conservative arthrosis therapy aims to alleviate pain and maintain mobility, whereby the measures should be individually tailored to the patient. In addition to addressing lifestyle factors, physiotherapy and physical applications as well as pharmacological pain therapy play an important role. In addition, innovative procedures from the field of orthobiologics are also available in an attempt to slow down the osteoarthritis process and promote the body’s own regeneration.
