Prostate cysts are fluid-filled cavities in the prostate that are usually lined with epithelium [1,2]. They vary in size and can be located centrally or peripherally in the prostate. Small cystic lesions are usually asymptomatic and clinically insignificant. Larger cysts can cause subvesical obstruction, urinary tract infection, urinary stasis kidney or bloody semen.
