Although nail psoriasis remains a challenge, considerable progress has been made in both diagnostic and therapeutic terms. This is reflected, for example, in current analyses of the GUIDE and ZODIPSO studies as well as observational studies such as PSoSA. In addition, the use of high-resolution imaging techniques such as high-frequency ultrasound is being tested in order to optimize the assessment of the course of therapy.
