Expanding real-world evidence confirms consistent efficacy and predictable safety of TECVAYLI® in heavily pretreated relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) patients¹

Real-world evidence helps to bridge the gap between clinical trials and routine care in triple-class-exposed (TCE) R/R MM, where patients are often older, frailer, and more heavily pretreated than in registrational studies. Across datasets including REALiTEC, TECVAYLI^® (teclistamab) showed comparable response rates with a predictable safety profile, consistent with MajesTEC-1 in a broader and more vulnerable patient population.^2,3
