Post-infectious bronchiolitis obliterans (PIBO) develops in childhood and is characterized by irreversible airway obstruction and persistent impairment of lung function. Although it is known that exercise capacity may be impaired, cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) in pediatric PIBO remains poorly defined.
